Time Warner Bait and switch-promise low price for 12 months triple play... Liar, lia

I live in Cortland Ohio and moved here in September. I received a mailer from Time Warner promising 'triple play'... Phone, internet and cable for one low price of $124.50; this was a flyer received by mail. No one mentioned the boxes were extra or that the internet wireless was extra. Also, the televisions not hooked up to boxes only had a limited amount of channels. I was told my payment would be 169.99 after install by a customer service representative -Letititia in the Cleveland Ohio office I believe. I was not pleased and felt that I had been lied to. I received one bill which was higher than the agreed amount... When I called about this bill, I was told by changing my service (adding one box;this was included in the $169.99 billing amount) there was a one time charge. This was the last bill I ever received from this company. I called repeatedly and was told I had signed up for email billing. I did not do so. When I asked what email address the bills were sent to Time Warner could/would not tell me. I asked for supervisors repeatedly. None were ever available... They would call me back. No one ever did. The name of the supervisor in the Cleveland office is Myra... They refused to give me a last name (not safe) or an employee number. This went on until March when the weather broke, I cut down trees and fired Time Warner and installed Direct TV in early April... Love it. They deliver what is promised. I refused to pay my last Time Warner bill-$256.00 without some sort of payment history. They will not send you a bill so I went down to the Time Warner office and asked for a printout when I returned my equipment. The printout is incomprehensible for the most part, but I learned one important fact. They were charging me $39.99 for the phone separately... I was not enrolled in triple play or whatever they call it these days. Also, in February, my discount for signing up for 12 months guaranteed price was dropped. No surprise this coincided with a rate hike. Letitia told me on Friday that I did not do the third party phone verification correctly... She also refused to give me a supervisor again... One is supposed to call, but based on history, this will not happen. Thus, I have been paying extra for a phone that was supposedly included in the price. The phone was hooked up later than the cable... We had severe storms and I was told the phone would be hooked up on 9-30-08. It was but somehow this allowed them (in their incompetent customer service) to charge me for the phone and as for cable, I was charged the regular price-no specials or discounts. This is a bait and switch technique for sure and possibly mail fraud as the offer was sent through the mail. I just received another of their special offers on Saturday-ironic-now they are offering triple play for $89.95.-sure. The service was terrible, the internet never worked properly. They sent one person out just before I fired them who informed me that the internet was hooked up impoperly... Well guess what Time Warner ran all the lines and hooked everything up. Not only do I not owe them $256.00, they owe me $30.00. I would appreciate any help in this matter and would be happy to be involved in a class action suit as after viewing the web complaints, I see this is a common practice for Time Warner... Everywhere and most particulary North Eastern Ohio. Thank you for any help you can give me in this matter.
