Charges 15% restocking fee for GPS unit when the policy says there is no restocking fee

I purchased a Garmin 2620 GPS unit on 3/24/05 for my gf as a birthday present. The whole thing costed me around $1190 after tax. Because I already knew which model I wanted, so I just went in there, asked for the product, paid the price and walked out. The rep did asked me about the extended service plan which I declined.

Unfortunatelly, after I gave the present to my gf, she wants me to return the GPS unit because she thinks I should save the money for a house first. After about a week of discussion, I agreed with her and took my GPS unit back to Best Buy. However, the Car & Audio manager told me there is 15% restocking fee on the GPS unit. I told him I didn't see GPS included in their Restocking Fee Policy section. He circled that whole section on the back of the receipt and told me it's their INTERNAL policy that's not on their receipt or anywhere on the website... Etc.

He agreed to me that it's wrong to have BestBuy not state properly on the disclosure, but he can't help me because it's an order passed down from their District Manager. After arguing for awhile, I see there is no way for them to give up that 15% restocking fee. So I took the unit back to see if I can find other method to get the full refund. I know there are many BestBuy current or ex employees on this website too. Do you guys have any suggestion on what should I do with this?
