Defective I-Pod in 4 days lost money

Purchased ipod on Friday March 19; works out it's faulty product; delivered it on Friday, March 23 to get a substitute or perhaps a return. The geek team got it out-of my view so when they delivered it, the ipod was damaged plus they wouldn't restore or return $250.11. Clearly anything was completed to my ipod when it had been out-of my view. The specialist "abruptly" discovered water damage??? This arrived of nowhere. I'm arguing the charge card cost on my CREDIT. I'm effectively inside the 14 day return policy. DON'T SHOP AT BESTBUY - they're the toughest

I told some clients which were within the return point plus they appear to concur that I ought to not miss out $250.00, so when I informed clients which were likely to store there what had occurred they switched around and went away.
