Please beware. This company is a fraud and currently has an F Rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
On March 3rd, I ordered an item from aislebuyaisle.com. I received the item relatively quickly, although I was over charged for shipping. This was likely due to the fact that I was sent the incorrect item. I followed the return instructions on their site and returned the item using the same method I received it, FedEx. Aislebuyaisle has the returned item, and I have yet to hear from them.
Emailing, calling, and chatting are of no use. After the RMA Number was sent via email weeks ago, they no longer acknowledge email communication. Their phone number always says that all of their representatives are busy and automatically disconnects the call. The supposed live chat feature on their website is always conveniently "offline" and provides no line of contact.
I have been forced to file a claim with my credit card company due to this matter. Not only am I out the original purchase price and shipping charges, I am out the return shipping as well.in the event that I do obtain a refund from the actual "company, " they are likely to try and charge a bogus 20% for sending me the wrong thing in the first place.
