I bought an apple ipod almost 24 months before and taken care of warranty to Cometis where i purchased the ipod. On 28.1.09 it broke down and on 29.1.09 i got it back again to the shop, wherever, I believed they'd change them. They stated that it'd need to be fixed. I obtained a person fix doc which stated my item could be prepared to gather on 18.2.09 of course if not prepared they'd contact me. Regardless of several telephone calls I'm educated the fix wasn't finished. Nowadays, 2/03 Comet advised me they have been recommended from the repairer the ipod required a brand new drive and did not understand how well before it'd be delivered - just how long does it try discover the issue! Comet don't be seemingly thinking about providing great service or they'd inform the repairers that they can reduce clients when they proceed to provide poor company. I still haven't obtained my ipod and or any day because of its return.
