Bought a T-Mobile prepaid phone and submitted the documents for a rebate. They misprocessed it, so I had to resubmit. They kept denying the rebate, eventually "out of courtesy" giving me $30 airtime credit.
I don't want airtime credit, and rejected this accomodation. Then got another letter from them saying they consider the matter closed. I had to go through such hoops, to get what I am entitled to.
DO NOT TRUST T-Mobile. Do not trust anything from Elizabeth Towers, T-Mobile Executive Resolutions, if that is in fact a real person. They are liars!
