Verizon
So much for 19.99$ unlimited a month Los Angeles

I got an unsolicited offer to get unlimited calls for 19.99 a month i was on the phone for maybe an hour doing the due diligence they said itd take 2 months 2 months later they said they had no record of it

So i went to a verizon center and there was put online to someone who said the next offer theyd sent me... 29.99 a month didnt exist! And when i told them i was told itd take 2 months she said it only took 5 days at most

So a worker at the center talked to her she asked for the info on the back of the offer that she said didnt exist
so he read her THIS SWITCH WILL TAKE 2 MONTHS

So now i have to wait another 2 or 3 months and they wont give me the original offer of 19.99

What a crappy company
