I bought a phone that the condition claimed was "new, never opened". When I got the phone it came in an envelope. It had a video on it talking about making a lot of money and screwing people. It had over 220,000 minutes of use on it and the warrenty was for July 07. Needless to say it is not new or never opened. I just wanted my money back but Frank said he takes great pleasure in denying me.
Frank and John were rude and threatening. Frank tried to bully me into changing my feedback. When I refused he got personal and mean.
I wish I had seen this first. I hope everyone will think twice before going through h*ll with these two.
