Poor repair and customer service

I've been a Sears client for more than 30 years. Their support fix departement continues to be out twice to repair my dryer and also the dryer continues to be not fixed. The very first specialist arrived on 1-23-09 and was over two hours overdue. He explained he set the dryer. It worked one-cycle and ceased. I'd to contact again on 1-24-09 and that I was planned again on 2-2-09. Again, they arrived and stated the dryer was set. It survived one-cycle and smashed again. I expected to get a reimbursement and was refused. (I settled them $192.00 for this fix) I delivered a contact to corporate office on 2-3-09. They replied by having an email requesting me to contact that we did. They again offered me the run-around. One owner hungup on me. The 2nd owner explained to become pleased I'd a 90-day guarantee about the repair-service plus they might send a mature technology to repair the dryer. It did not matter that I'd to skip period from function equally times in order for them to NOT repair my dryer. They did not care. I'll NEVER purchase another equipment from Sears. Their customer support is AWFUL plus they certainly do not worry about their clients. They simply need the cash.
