Not living up to their word

We bought our big screen tv back in 2005. We have the 4 year PSP. The tv blew up 4 weeks ago. They sent out someone to fix it. They cannot. They cannot get the parts to fix it as the tv is out of date. We were told on Jan 6th they would do a buy out and we would have the number in 5 days.

It's been over 5 days and they are still claiming they have not received their answer. I have written down every person I have spoken to, the time, and what was said. I talked to a manager, He was a joke and a half. We have kids and I want my TV fixed. Then it dawned on me. The repair man neve gave me a slip stating he was here. Ithink we have been swindled.
