I requested a vaccum component online. Two hours later I came across the component wasn't required. I named to stop the purchase however they stated that it had been their plan to not stop or alter any purchases.

This plan isn't shown on the on line purchasing website till after your creditcardnumber is provided and also the purchase is established. Just then do they've a "how do you stop my order" link that goes someplace that claims that you simply cannot stop or alter the order.

The solution from their customer support division was they needed this plan to be able to obtain the components in my experience in a reasonable fashion. Components that I really donot need easily! Sinceis support!
