Evidently DIRECTV has no way to file a complaint. The only people I have been able to contact have been in their so called "Technical Dept" Technical in this name is a joke. One operator told me one thing and another told me the whole thing was wrong. Their "supervisor " informed me that their was no higher level for complaints. She advised me to write a letter to the President of DIRECTV.
WOuld this be John Malone at their El Segundo address?
