I'm not sure how long ESBI has been billing my father. He had noticed that his bill waS higher. He had called Verizon and the lady didnt seem to be surprised. Told my father that he had to call them and there is three other company's on his bill. To get the name of the person he talks to everytime. And they put some kind of block on it. This lady told my dad that it was Fraud but they dont know how these company's are doing it and getting away with it. So now my job is to find out more and how to stop this and how to get my dad's money back.
So Please if anyone knows what we should do i have been calling but got no answer or its busy.
