This so called esbi, which i am not sure what it is takes advantage of people. They have charged me since last july, without any authorization to charge me for whatever their service is. I called last month and told them what they were doing and they said they would take the charges off. They did take off 3 of those charges but still have 4 other ones charged to my bill. I told verizon to put a block on this esbi but i ended up with another one this month. Esbi did this to me before and i think they need to be taken to court and sued for unauthorized useage of people.
