My father has no clue how long this has been going on for. He had just noticed it on this bill. They are chargeing him $12.95, for Ucl Vmail Mthly fee. He called Verizon today and the lady told him that it was fraud gave him two numbers which he had no clue what she was talking about. He just didnt understand half of what she was saying. And they have no clue how these companys are doing this. She put some kind of block on the line. But he doesnt know what this block does. But he was told to call these company's and cancel them and to make sure he get's their name. And to keep a record of everything he does.
I also notice by reading some if these reports the telephone numbers are different. Not one person had the same number for any any company. Confused about that one.
