I have payed exeactly 1,078.72 and have not received product i have payed for

I ordered a laptop computer on February 2nd it is now October 4th i have not recieved the product i have payed for. I have payed exactly $1078.72 and they are still debiting money out of my account, but still more excusses and no product. They say there is no number to there corporate office, and they lie to me and telling me that they will have my shipping date in 7-14 days. They have been telling me this for already four months now. I want my money back! Please help.
