I started dealing with blue hippo in october. They never sent me any paperwork or a contract to sign. I was misinformed by this company several times.
I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office in the state they are located in, and it didn't do me any good. Blue hippo refused to refund the 419.97 they owe me. So I payed them all of this money for nothing.
They said I could go online to order products from the blue hippo store. What a joke that turned out to be! You can only order one product at a time and you must send them a money order to pay for the shipping.
They also said it would take 6-8 weeks before they would ship the merchandise. Blue hippo is a total rip-off, and I just wish someone would help me get my money back so I can be done with it!
