People please be ware of Blue Hippo because they are thieves and liars! On May i ordered a computer worth over $3,000 with a weekly payment of $63 FROM BLUE HIPPO. After paying the initial $99 deposit, and several weeks of getting the run around about my paper work, i was finally told that they had received all my paper work and that i'll be receiving my computer after 8 consecutive payments. 8 payments came and went and i still hadn't received my computer yet, so i called blue hippo and was told that giving the brand of my computer that i needed to make 15 instead of the original 8 payments. 15 payments came and went and still nothing. A few weeks after the first run around from blue hippo i lost my job, and called and reported this to blue hippo. People believe it when i say Blue Hippo was still charging my account even after i lost my job and told them about my employment situation!!!
So i called them and cancelled the automatic payments, but instead of them giving me my money back they said they could not refund me but that i could use the money they owe me for store credit, and i said fine, this was March. A couple of months later in on June 9, i ordered an MP3 player and tried to use my balance with Blue Hippo for store credit, and those crooks said i had to pay separately for the shipping and handling!!! I said fine, and sent them a money order to cover the shipping costs, and was told that my order was going to take 6-8 weeks to get to my doorsteps! Well 8 weeks came and went and i still have not received my order!!! But everytime i call it is always somebody different telling me a different story as to why i cannot receive my order! Blue Hippo owes me almost $2,000 and they are not giving me a straight answer about my order or giving me my money back! I am pissed, and suspicious of these people, please do not buy anything from them, they are scams!!! And to make matters worst, they have all my personal data! We need to come together and take blue hippo to court because they cannot get away with this!!
