Consumers Beware - Blue Hippo is taking my money and still no product 6 months late

During the first week of July 07, I decided to go through the Blue Hippo program for a computer since I was starting school.in my contract it states that I have to make the first 5 bi weekly payments and my computer would be shipped 4 to 6 weeks after my 5th bi weekly payment. My 5th bi weekly payment was made in the first week of October. 4 to 6 weeks after that my computer should have been in my house by the end of November. It is now Dec 11th and I still have no product. I have called them on 5 different occasions and each time I call, I have been given the run around. I have asked for management to call me 4 times and they have not called returned my call. I have asked what is the status of my product and customer service give me the same answer, management is reviewing this or it will take 4 to 6 weeks to get your product. I have heard these same two statements for the past 2 months.

Blue Hippo has been debiting my account for a monthly total of $151.72. I have asked them to stop debiting my account and send me money, this has not happen. They have over $1000.00 of my money and I have no product. I have paid for the computer practically and yet in still I do not have the computer in my possession.

I am upset because I have met my end of the legal binding contract and this company has not. Their customer service can never give me a direct answer as to what is going on and they will not let me talk to management. I was even given a fake number to call the corporate office by one of their customer service representatives. This company is a rip off and I want to recoup all the money they have of mines and more for the headaches and inconsistence of my contract. I have no product and I want my money back.
