Receipt of my product

On December 2nd 2008 I ordered a laptop computor from Blue hippo. They require I send a money order for shipping and handleing. The received and processed my payment on December 9th. I was supposed to receive my laptop in 2 to 3 weeks. After many calls to the company I was informed that my payment was processed incorrectly and assured that it was straightened out and I should receive my product any day. Well after many more calls and the same story, I still have not received my laptop. I have been patient and understanding but I am unable to get anyone to help me receive my product.
