Best Buy does not take care of customers

You can forget about customer service from Best Buy. We bought an LCD 46" Samsung and it failed within the first year. They have 3rd party service centers which apparently gives them the opportunity to not do anything. I have had my television broken for 4 weeks, (second time) and they say they can't do anything, it is up to the service center they sent me to. Every complaint, every request has fallen on "deaf ears" at all the numbers I have called. The store basically said, "once you take your tv out of here, we have no control". So, goodbye sucker. We got your money and I hope your tv works, because if it doesn't, ha ha.

I called the supposedly corporate number yesterday, and the same run around. You go from customer service agent to customer service agent, and there is no one they will transfer to that could make a decision in the customer's favor.

I am sick and frustrated. Do not trust what their salesmen say, and read the warranty policy carefully. It is at their discretion whether they will honor the "No Lemon Policy". But boy do they sell it to you. Beware!!!
