I bought a new television from RCA! It is a 27 inch trueflat design. Within a week of having it, the picture went out of shape. I called the factory authorized service center and they came out to get it. They broke my furniture while getting the television. This inspired me to call the parent company. Rca/thomson. They dont have a 800 number and the website only allows you 500 characters to write to them. I was told to write a complaint to them. I did this promptly.
I told them that due to the short time that it failed in that I thought that it was a defective television. Then I got my television back and it worked for two weeks and has failed again. I called and asked RCA what was up with the complaint that I filed. They read me the letter that I am going to be getting in the mail. So much for customer care. The letter basically says that nothing is wrong and they dont have anything to do with service centers.
