Doesn't honor cell phone warranty

Here I am upset by Samsung company customer service for rejecting repair request. I bought Samsung cell phone (model SGH-t329 Series) last July.in March this year the phone set was not working without any particular reason (I never dropped, or abuse anything like that). Since it is still under their Standard Limited Warrenty which is one year shown in the users manual. So I called customer service (1-888-987-4357) for repair (ticket number 4003293898-A03) and sent back according to their instruction. Today I got email from them and telling me that my request was rejected. The reason for rejecting is the LED of the unit was bad and not covered by the warranty. I further checked the contents of the warranty and cannot find the reason they gave me. I consider that is not a valid execuse to turn their customers down. So be cautious of their unjusting business practice to their customers.
