I recently bought an item from http://www.buygaiagold.net/items.html. But I never got the item.By the way this is for an online game, anyway when I bought the item they said that they would send the item. And so... I waited. So then I got worried. So I tried to talk to the live chat operator (they never told me I had to do this). So I talked to the operator and they said"Our Live Support Team is currently working offline. Please send us a message. It is our goal to answer all messages in 10-30 mins. We are ready and eager to offer our help". I was really pissed off, because they took my money without giving me my item. It would help that you get me my item, but I guess you can get me my money back.
