I purchased an item through Buy.com's marketplace. The item shipped from Tekgrabber. Once the item was opened, my husband and I realized that the screen is not responsive to touch, even with our pinky finger. I called Tekgrabber, customer service responded, 'I will return your item, but first call Skytex (manufacturer) IT and see if they can help." I called Skytex and IT told me that the screen may be damaged, issue with some hardware, etc. Since my conversation with Skytex IT, it's been a week.in that week, I've called and emailed TekGrabber 3 times with no response. Also, I tried to post a review of this product on their site, but it keeps being "accepted for review", but not published. They are a scam! In retrospect, I am pretty sure my tablet was refurbished and sold as New to me. Help!
