I have had the same experience as many others. On 8/20/08 I ordered a NEW Sharp LCD TV with a package that was to include expedited shipping and HDMI cables. I recieved the TV on 9/2/08. It was a defective reconditioned TV and I never received the cables.
After 2 days of attempts to contact the company I realized that they ignore customer issues and complaints. I made two phone calls and was repeatedly put on hold until I was finally disconnected without ever speaking to the supposed "manager". I also sent 3 e-mails that were ignored.
Do not order from this company. They have nothing on their website that says anything about reconditioned or refurbished products that I found when shopping for this TV. They will also try to sell you on a package including cables and expedited delivery, which you will probably never receive.
