OK, when discussing what to do about broken video cards, nVidia g71 7900 gtx, Alienward informed me to get replacements from the following sources: "laptop king, agparts worldwide, newegg, tigerdirect, rjtech" I spent 4 hours researching with these companies and they don't have the parts. I now have no where to go and get replacement parts! My $5000 MALx is a boat anchor. I'm reading other similar stories and knowing that Dell owns this company, I am totally suprised by the pathetic customer service. No more Dell computers for my company, friends and family and clients. Upland, CA
