I just purchased a Blitz from Verizon. One of the main features on the phone is the ability to download music from either your collection or Verizon's service.
Well, the phone does not come with the software required to place your music on the phone and it doesn't even exist. The only option is to pay for the Verizon service to do so even though it is advertised otherwise.
The customer service department was no help whatsoever wasting a solid 30 minutes of my day to tell me it can't be done. That would have been good to know when I bought the phone.
When I asked for a credit for the trouble they acted as if I was crazy. The agent I spoke with actually was actually arguing the point as to why I can't get a credt for paying for a phone that doesn't completely do what it is supposed to.
Be careful with this company. They apparently don't care what they tell customers to get them in and once they have that contract, good luck.
