Customer service for returns is terrible. I received this unit and when I couldn't get it to work, a chat session with their "technical" dept. Confirmed that it does not work with Windows XP-SP3 or Vista SP2. These are the two most common and current operating systems by Microsoft. You'd think that would be mentioned somewhere on their website.
Getting a refund is a major task and they refuse to pay for the return postage. So it's entirely their fault but it ends up costing me, the consumer, money, time and effort.
They take your money immediately even though their website says you get a 30 day trial before being charged and then they say it takes several business days to process the refund. Why is it in today's world of electronic funds transfers that refund are the only thing that isn't done right away???
