We built a new home and had the phone company come to install wireless internet, dsl and make all the connections to our alarm system and computers. The phone repairman blew all the computers. The alarm system and the phone system. It has not worked in 3 months. Not even a busy signal when someone dials the number. My computer modems are all burned. And my alarm system cannot be monitored and will have to be replaced if I want wireless monitoring... The repairman left that day and said he "didn't know". After working on it for hours. He obviously did not know what he was doing. I have called many times to get it fixed but they will not respond. They continue to send a bill.in 3 months the bill has reached $900.00. This is without any service at all. They continue to go up monthly... I have resorted to hiring a lawyer which is as low as one could go.
