Samsung advertised a $50 Mail-in Rebate on its SyncMaster Monitor. We purchased ours at Fry's Electronics in Palo Alto, California. We mailed in all of the information requested, including the receipt from Fry's. Samsung said we didn't include the serial number from the machine. We got the serial number and sent it in. Nothing was heard from Samsung. A followup request was mailed and again Samsung failed to reply. No rebate was ever received nor was any explanation given of why the rebate was not paid.
