Sold me a big screen tv which has not worked since bought, no service

I purchased a big screen TV which has not worked since I received it. Numerous calls have been made to their customer service department with no satisfaction. Mistubishi has sent 2 bulbs which they say is the problem even though the TV was not even 1 year old at the time. I replaced the 2 bulbs myself but the TV continues to shut off so that is not the problem.

Finally, after many telephone calls Mitsubishi sent a service technician who also said it was probably a bulb problem and once again it was replaced. TV still shuts off and the picture flickers. I cannot get anywhere with Mitsubishi. All you get is custome service and they just keep putting in notes. You have to call them everyday with no results.

I want them to replace the TV as I paid 1600 dollars for something that does not work. I called the service technician that was sent by Mitsibishi and the company stated that they could not fix the problem and the TV needed to be replaced but I can get no where with Mitsibishi... Do not buy from Mitsibishi, they will not fix anything once they get your money
