I purchased a KRZR charger docking station from La_tronics on ebay.com.instead, I received a charger docking station for a RAZR. I tried to use my KRZR with it, but it wasn't compatible. I called and e-mailed them and they responded by saying to ship it back to them and they will give me a full refund.
That was on February 13. It is now July 5 and I have not seen a dime. I filed a dispute with Ebay.com and they would not respond to it. I have e-mailed them and they have not responded. I called them periodically to no avail. Nobody will pick up and I am just getting an answering machine.
I paid $22 for the charger and paid $6 to send it back. Although it isn't a nominal amount of money, they are still stealing from me. I have never been so displeased with an internet company and dealt with such unprofessionalism. They also sell products on http://stores. Ebay.com/Battery-Boy. Stay away from them!!
