Oz. Online2 is a large Ebay seller of camera and phone equipment. You may get the item purchased but if you send it back under their warranty arrangements chances are you will never see it again. That is what has happened to me - they gave me a lot of weak Ebay responses for 2 months but now they don't answer anymore. I have filed complaints with Ebay against them but to no avail and so I now have a PayPal complaint against them. Looking at sites like this, it seems this is the most regular complaint against them as well as people in Australia buying and being sent phones which don't actually work in Australia. It is easy for me to say "Don't buy anything on EBay from oz. Online2" but what really annoys me is the ethics of EBay who I discover have had lots of similar complaints and yet still let them trade. I now have lost confidence in trading on EBay any more.
