I purchased a Nokia 362 cell phone from Ebay seller Onspotdeals on 4/25. It took them a week to ship the equipment. I received the phone on 5/3. To my supprise its was DOA.
I emailed the seller the next day informing them of the DOA equipment. They responded and where to return ship the DOA item. I shipped it back ASAP but never heard from them untill I e-mailed a week later to see the status of my return. I was told to call them.
I explained via e-mail its very hard to get to a phone during the day because of my job and I would appreciate e-mail correspondence with this issue. They never responded or would respond days later still telling me to call.
I keep reminding them I can't get to a phone during the day, and I can't call on my cell phone because its broke and that is why I purchased one from them to replace it. After a few more e-mailed unanswered I finally made the time to call them.
It was on a Friday, left one message in the morning and didn't get a return call. So I tried again and spoke to one gentlemen, told him I'll only be available via phone until 5pm that day. He said he will call me back but never did.
So after not responding to a couple of more e-mailed from me I filed a dispute with ebay and paypal to get my money back. They didn't even respond to that. I've been on ebay for 10 years and never had a problem with an ebay seller like this. Still waiting for my refund.
A word of advice don't purchase anything from onspotdeals on ebay, read their feed back first and see how many other ebay buyers have issues with them.
