I purchased a laptop computer on Ebay and it arrived not as described. It was broken and everything. The seller would not answer his phone when I called. I then filed a complaint with Ebay several times and they would not even respond to me. So now I am in the process of a civil litagation against the other Ebay member. Do NOT use Ebay they have no customer service and they will not help you if another member rips you off.
