Ripoff - Failure to give REBATE based on Computer purchase consumer rebate rip-off fraud

Purchased Hewlett Packard Laptop computer equipment based on rebate of $100.00 for a $1579.00 tax equipment.
Manufacturer makes it difficult to obtain rebate.
Eventually the YOUNG AMERICA sent a letter stating rebate incomplete. It was complete. This was purchased in August and still no REBATE.
