Purchased Western Digital Hard Drive computer equipment based on rebate of $50.00 for a $179.00 tax equipment.
Manufacturer makes it difficult to obtain rebate.
Eventually the YOUNG AMERICA sent a letter stating rebate incomplete. It was complete, re-submitted and letter came back CLOSED.
