Ordered remote for dvd/recorder DID NOT RECEIVE

I called the company about ordering a remote for a dvd player. They told me to call back in a few days they were out of stock. I called a second time and they gave me instructions about sending a check. I did that March 10. After waiting two weeks I did not receive it. I then called and spoke with "Max". He said give them a few more days. When I called again I ask why my check had not cleared the bank, he seemed surprised it had not, three days later it cleared ($15.20). I called again and told them my check cleared but I had not received the remote. He said they couldn't find my information but to call back in a few days. I called them eleven times after that and each time it was a different story. I ask to speak with a supervisor but I think it was the same person. I spoke with Jerri, (female), Paul, Mike. They all sounded the same. The last two times I called I ask for a refund, they said give us a few more days. Now the phone # does not work. I did find the info on this web site:
