I purchased a simple remote control for my VCR/DVD unit that I recently lost. This model is no longer made. I contacted the 800 number on the unit, called placed the order, and was told I'd receive in 5-7 working days after ordering. I called to follow up two weeks later to customer service. I was spoken to very unprofessionally, hung up on each time. I called again to speak to a supervisor, she was just as rude and hung up on again. I called the parts dept, which customer service told me to do, they referred me back to customer service. Bottom line, they stole my money and never sent me the remote control.
