I purchased a used remote from remote superstore and received a used remote. Once arriving at the dealer to get it programmed to my car, I was told that I needed programming numbers for the remote that came with new remotes. Of course I did not have these numbers being that the remote was used. I notified remote superstore. They told me the dealer did not know what they were talking about. I traveled to another town to visit their dealer and received the same story. Remote superstore agreed to refund me if I sent the remote back to them. I sent the remote with delivery conformation and it was received by remote superstore. I emailed them and was sent an email back that they would refund as soon as they received it. I emailed back that the delivery conformation information and received no response. Multiple emails from me to them have resulted in no response. Not only did I pay for a remote that would not work for me, I sent it back to them so they can sell it to someone else that it will not work for. Do not do business with this company!
