I just thought i would let everyone know what i think and how i feel about Cottage Hill Customs! They suck! We purchased an amp and power base 12' sub woofer from them about a year ago and had it installed well i would say 5 months after i had it the POS started to go out so i took it back to them and they "fixed" it.

Well guess what, it started doing the same thing again w/in just a few weeks of being "fixed" so i took it back to them again. The 2nd time i took it back to them it took them about 2 weeks to try once again to fix it when it was only supposed to be about 3 days and while the guy was installing it back into my car he tore off a tiny sheet of paper and folled it up and stuck it in my amp. Pretty much they had forgot it was there so when i went back they half ass fixed the problem.

Well yet again my amp went out. So this last time we took it to them on april 13 and they told me it would take 3 weeks and i would have it back. GUESS WHAT, I still dont have the Fing thing back. I have called literally every week about 3-4 times leaving messages not to mention the times dustin has called and has went up there.

Any of my friends that know me know i dont have any patience for dumb *ss people and i tried to keep D out of it b/c well he has less patience than me but once i couldnt get any answers he decided to get involved. Point being i was leaving very polite messages hoping to get answers until the last time i called and was a straight up b*tch.

Apparently the douchbag who im leaving messages for doesnt know how to work his phone! On one occasion we were up there & Dustin spoke w / the owner (not in person someone had to get him on the phone b/c hes never there) who told him he would only give him 1/2 his money back and keep in mind at this point it was not even a year old.

Well Dustin asked him if he had a temporary amp he could install until mine came back b/c my radio sounds worse now than it did stock and he pretty much said no and blew us off. Oh and also when they originally installed my amp and woofer they still half *ss did it b/c they didnt even bolt my original speakers back down so they shook everytime we hit a bump.

Finally one saturday we stopped by again and told a different guy the problem well it took him about 4 days to call me back only to tell me they dont know whats going on w / it (at least this guy tried to help us though). ARE YOU FING SERIOUS???!!! So last week i called Alphasonic to make sure they were even a dealer and make sure they had it and she told me they did have one but didnt know if it was mine.

So i asked her how long it was going to take to get it back and she told me they are having problems w / their distributor so i could be months! Again, are you finf serious???!!! We paid a lot of money for something that didnt even work for a year. And you would think the rip off shop i mean Cottage Hill Customs would at least give me a new amp to replace my old one and then just keep my new one once it comes back in b/c the whole amp was being replaced not fixed so they would still have a brand new product!

They will not replace my amp nor give me the full value of the amp, that again is under a year old. So just for anyone who is considering using them think really hard before you do b/c if something goes wrong its a b*tch to get someone to fix the problem in a timely manner and to get someone on the phone who actually knows whats going on or to get them on the phone period.

In my opinion this company is a total rip off and doesnt care about the integrity of their business or the quality of their customer service!
