I have worked for this Company for one Year and never have i seen a Company so unorganized.in this one year Period i have had 4 Managers. Our Payroll was messed up most of the times and they would make you wait weeks before they get your Money to you, unless you took Matters into your own hand and you would have it in a Day or 2. I am not saying i am the best but i give it my all. I worked for GCA but i took a lot of work assignments from the Customer, i did what i was told.
I recently had a run in with an employee for the security company that our Customer hired. I guess he didn't like it when a women asked him to do something, he called me a racial Name (I am German so you can figure out what he called me) which i didnt pay him no mind because it was before my Time but when he came back and called me that Name and the B word i lost it, dont disrespect me because i didnt disrespect him. Well i called him a name after he brought my Parent's into this and disrespected them, there was no need for that at all i wont be intimidated by a Man or anyone. Well i was told i have to sent you home because of the Name i called him dont get me wrong i am not racial at all that is not how my Parents raised me. NO ONE told me i was terminated, so i went to get my Check at HR and ask HR whats going on and was told, well i was trying to get things together but i cant let you get back onto the Lot. How can you be getting things together when after a week you didnt even asked for me to bring the incident report into you, so you understand my side of the Story.
I am so depressed and emotional upset about this situation. It is ok for someone to just say anything to you but you cant say anything? It is not fair at all. Dont get me wrong i loved being a Lot Lead and worked by the Rules which 97% of the Employees there do as they please.
