Recenrly bought a PC from Sears with a $50 coupon and when sent in with the supplied rebate, Sears never sent the money. Then 2 months late rthe battery explodes in the PC and it was lucky that the PC did not catch fire.
Contacted Sears several times by email and never have received an answer.
