Projector Export sold us a "New Sharp LCD" flat screen tv, was in fact a refurbished tv and had been reported to Sharp manufacturing twice before with the same problem. Screen had an "ameba-like" shape or shadow coming through the picture. Website, the sales person and the paperwork received with my order indicated that this was a new tv. Sharp told me about the two previous reports on this tv.
After at least 10 phone calls to customer service, being hung up on, transferred to 4 people in a phone call, waiting for someone to answer the phone... They didn't, transferred to manager who never picked up the phone. Wait times on the phone for each transfer are excessive and expect to be hung up on!
Watch out for this company! Be fully warned!
