This company is the lowest of all ghetto places that exists. I called in to disconnect my phone to try out another one, and they gave me so much hassel. Espeacially this dumb SAMOAN immigrant who cant even speak english (and they make her manager of this place.) i called in the next dto get a disconnccect order # and they didn't wanna give it to me, so it turned to an ugly situation where we argued for that order # i needed, and never got. This went on for 5 days that i try to get it from them
And never did. The SAMOAN lady was told by one of her over weight emmployees that i yelled at her (a black woman name centrailia) and immediately Sorias accus me of doing so and it goes on. They have the most rude service and 4 other people have said the same thing, and you know whaat i dont even know them,
But from my experience i TRULY believe them. None of those big ugly woman who work at simply cellular wont even give any oe the corp. # if any one knows, pleeeeeeeeeeze post it right after this. I really need it. The corp. Needs to know how their employees are treating their customers, and i was a cusstomer for 3 years.
