Double billing charging for phone not on...
I had Worlcomm wireless service up until they went out of business. I chose not to go to another carrier just yet. My account was current up until then imagine my surprise to receive another bill. I checked the date and it was for 2 months prior which I had already paid. Then I received another bill for one month prior which I again had already paid.
Just a week ago I received a bill for service but the catch is my phone is not even activated. The company is no longer in business so I have no one to call. I'm not paying them anything. I refuse to pay for service I've already paid for and for service I'm no longer using. I'm going to send all the bills back to them with copies of my cancelled checks and tell them to go to hell.
I've been a good customer and I dont appreciate them trying to take advantage of me. If you had Worldcomm check your last bills cause they might be trying to get you too.
