I bought a Cell Phone from this company off of Ebay and it wasn't exactly what i had thought it was when i read about it on ebay. It was an older model of what i wanted and they failed to mention that in the description online. I didn't want it so the day after i received it, i returned it back to them. I called them a few days later to see if they got the phone back and they told me that they had recieved it. I asked them when i would be recieving my money back from them and they said within the month it would show up on my credit report. Well it never showed up.
By the time i found out what they were doing, by not paying me, i tried calling them back multiple times and they never answered my phone calls. I emailed them multiple times and they never contacted me back. So i decided to go to ebay and they told me that it was too late to recieve my money because it excededed the time limit so the company had got away with not paying me back for that phone.
Well i have actual proof that they recieved it from my post office from buying insurance on the phone so i am going to try and contact the attorney generals office and other places to see if they can do anything about it. Dont let this happen to you. Dont buy anything from this web site please. They will rip you off.
