I got ripped off by the company Ecologenics LLC on Ebay.com i was suposed to recieve a phone that was like an iphone and the dicription says,

I9 3GS touch screen unlocked cell phone AT&T / T-MOBILE it was not what i wanted and got ahold of the person (s) they told me to send it back for a full refund and i sent it back and recieved absolutly nothing in return this was in Feb. 2010 it is now July and have tried multiple times to get ahold of the person (s) but can not resolve this for anything! I was suposed to recieve a refund for $75.00 with free shipping but i did have to pay to ship it back!
