I bought a brand new Kenmore fridge from Sears that was shipped on 22-26-07. The shipping business movers were rude and didn't speak Language and so I couldn't let them know to "please quit!" They gouged and crawled the color off my recently decorated top landing, muddied the rug, and gouged and scratched my new home wood once they didn't make use of a dolly on-wheels; They pulled the refrigerator over the family room and home towards the far-side home window.
